Self Portrait

​Self Portrait explores emotional residue and dissolution after the end of a relationship. Inspired by Manet’s Olympia, the composition reinterprets the reclining figure through layered watercolor washes and fragmented space. The blurred figure in the background suggests memory, distance, and lingering presence, while the soft blue tones create a feeling of fading between body and environment.
